To whom it may concern,

This comment is to shared with you what happened in my visit to alamanda outlet on Saturday 30/12/12.  I choose quart size for gold medal ribbon and cotton candy, eat in and I request for color rice, 5 free cups and 5 spoons.
The staff that attended to me, said that I have to pay RM0.50 for one cup that I requested.  I’m quite shocked, because I don’t have any problem with this before.
I don’t want to make noise since the queue quite long that day (peak hours)
After 10 minutes, one of the staff, send my order together with 5 cup and 5 spoons, and the cups send is the cup normally use for complimentary plain water, and no charges for the cups!
My question, do I have to pay for the cup actually?
I am weekly buyer for baskin robbin from various outlet around klang valley, since my kids really in love with baskin robbin.
This is not my first problem in alamanda outlet.  I hope there’s action to be done, so it will not happen again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback and comments. We  are truly sorry for this unacceptable experience of yours during your visit to Alamanda. The cup( plain water cup)is not chargeable at all if customer request  for any extra cup.
We will investigate on this matter and action will be taken towards whoever found to do so.

seb bek, derang reply balik email aku, kalau tak, memang menyusul email kedua.....dah la product ko mahal, and sedap la kan....so ko tak reti ke nak jaga customer ko, memang la aku beli bukan beratus2 pun, tapi ko tak leh diskriminasi mana2 pelanggan ok!

aku adalah lulusan retail management, aku lepas grad, punyalah nak kerja dlm retail industry, tapi memanjang application kena reject and end up aku kerja dlm bidang len plak.....
tup2 ko yang ada rezeki masuk dlm bidang retail, ko calarkan image retail industry....memang wajib ar gua sound kan!
kerjalah ngan hati yang ikhlas, berprosedur, berhemah dan saling hormat menghormati antara satu sama lain!
insya Allah tak delah komplen dari org2 cam aku nih!
(budget diri sendiri kerja bagus sangat la tuh....wakakakakkakaka.....aku memang jauh dari sempurna, tapi aku cuba buat kerja aku sehabis baik...
.kalau boss tak suka saya, leh aje anto memo suh saya brenti ye boss! saya suka!)

  4. Bagus ekau email/sound benda2 macam ni...customer service kat malaysia ni mmg macam hampeh...kita bayar premium price, tapi servis mengalahkan beli kat warung..

    Den makan eskrem mekdi ajo yg mampu makkkkkk...takpun beli eskrem Walls RM8.90 sebalang besar...bahahahaha...Nak raso lah eskrem Basketrobin ni, nak suruh ekau belanjo..hahahaha..

    PS: Jgn marah den yo..ni den nak mintak sekali lagi namo/email add ekau..nak add kat FB...hahaha..yg haritu ekau bagi den salin, misplaced kat mano ntah...;P
